Ingredients
- 4 slices hearty whole wheat bread
- 5 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1 banana, sliced thinly
- 1/3 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

- 5 tablespoons cashew butter

Directions
- Cut bread in quarters. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the bread quarters on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, turning once.
- Spread each with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter. Top each with 2 banana slices and a rounded teaspoon of cottage cheese. Top with a strawberry slice and 1 or 2 blueberries.
- Serve immediately.
