Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 11 ounce can corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 slices crisply cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

    Better Bacon: Layer bacon on paper towels between two glass plates and microwave on high for 3-6 minutes until crispy.
