Ingredients

  • 12 ounces bite-size dry pasta
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese, blended
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion, optional
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles, optional

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente and drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. Add buffalo sauce, blended cottage cheese, ranch, cheese, and chicken to drained pasta and stir.
  3. Heat on low, stirring until hot. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Garnish with green onions and blue cheese before serving, if desired.
