Ingredients
- 8 ounces bite-size dry pasta
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/2 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Toast corn in a dry non-stick skillet for 2-4 minutes until corn starts to brown and char, stirring often.
- Mix drained pasta, charred corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cheese, and ranch dip.
