Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 egg, beaten
Ingredients

Directions
- Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Combine the brown sugar and sour cream in a large bowl. Add the beaten egg to the sugar and sour cream mixture. Add the dry ingredients to the sour cream mixture; stir until well blended.
- Pour the batter into an 8x8-inch nonstick cake pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
