Whisk together ranch dip, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup diced pickle chips, pickle juice, and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill to combine. Cover and chill (minimum 1 hour or overnight).
Add 1/3 cup French-fried onions to dip and stir.
Garnish with 1/4 cup pickle chips, remaining dill and remaining French-fried onions. Serve with your favorite dippers.
