- Heat the oven or toaster oven to Broil. Place the bagels cut sides up on a cookie sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on the cut sides of the bagels. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese.
- Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cottage cheese is bubbly. Remove and sprinkle with fresh basil.
