Ingredients

  • 2 small peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup shortbread crumbs

Directions

In a medium bowl, toss the peaches with the sugar and cinnamon. In two large parfait glasses, layer one-third of the peaches, half the cottage cheese and half the shortbread crumbs. Repeat the layers using half of the remaining peaches and the remaining cottage cheese and crumbs. Top each with remaining peaches. Serve immediately.*Tip: try frozen peaches if fresh are not available.
