Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 15 frozen mini phyllo dough shells, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup white baking chips
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
  • 15 frozen mini phyllo dough shells, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine the white baking chips and heavy cream in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. Continue to microwave, stirring every 10 seconds, until almost melted.
  2. Stir until melted and smooth. Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese and melted white baking chips in a food processor; pulse until smooth.
  3. Spoon filling into phyllo shells; garnish with fresh berries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar right before serving.
