Ingredients

  • 1.9 ounce package frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange the mini phyllo shells on the foil.
  2. Whisk the egg in a medium bowl. Stir in the cottage cheese, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the spinach until blended. Spoon the spinach mixture into the phyllo shells.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the filling is hot and set.
