Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Place the mixture in a food processor and add the softened butter and sour cream. Process until the dough forms a ball.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a rectangle shape and cut the dough into 12 strips.
  3. Place the strips about 1-inch apart on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Brush each with the melted butter and sprinkle with the Kosher salt.
  4. Bake the sticks for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove from the baking sheet and serve hot.
