Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Place the mixture in a food processor and add the softened butter and sour cream. Process until the dough forms a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a rectangle shape and cut the dough into 12 strips.
Place the strips about 1-inch apart on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Brush each with the melted butter and sprinkle with the Kosher salt.
Bake the sticks for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
