Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the wafers and melted butter. Pulse until the texture of fine crumbs. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of crumbs into 12 small dessert glasses. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of the crumbs for garnish.
  2. Cream the cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl. Add the sour cream, marshmallow crème, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  3. Fill each glass with the filling and top with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the strawberry glaze.
  4. Run a knife through the filling to make a marbled effect. Chill for several hours or overnight.
  5. Top with fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of the reserved crumbs before serving.
