Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bite-size dry pasta
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bite-size dry pasta
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Creamy Ranch Dip

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  2. Toast corn in a dry non-stick skillet for 2-4 minutes until corn starts to brown and char, stirring often.
  3. Mix drained pasta, charred corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cheese, and ranch dip.
  4. Chili before serving for best flavor.
