Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon, each salt and cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced
  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, optional

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, sliced
  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, optional

Directions

  1. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. Chill 10 minutes and then drain.
  2. Add olive oil and basil. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Spoon cottage cheese over tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
