Serves: 8 (1 cup per serving)


  • 3 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2.5 ounce can mushrooms, drained
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ounces noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 2 tablespoons parsley


Mix the chopped turkey, Parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, chicken broth, pepper, and cooked noodles in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle the crushed crackers and parsley over the casserole. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Made this because it looked quick and easy- it was! Usually make this the long hard way, but this worked fine. I added peas and instead of cracker crumbs I used bread crumbs. Very good!
