1 cup shredded melting cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Colby Jack
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
4 ounce can green chiles
1 1/2 teaspoons diced jalapeno, divided
1 cup Pico de Gallo, divided
3 dashes hot sauce, or to taste
Directions
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Mix the smooth cottage cheese, shredded cheese, taco seasoning mix, green chiles, 1 teaspoon diced jalapeno, ½ cup Pico de Gallo, and hot sauce in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted stirring between each round.
Once melted, sprinkle top with remaining Pico de Gallo and jalapenos.
