Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Roll-ups

Ingredients

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/2 cup crispy sauerkraut
rinsed and well drained

3/4 cup Colby Jack cheese

2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing

2 green onions

2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper

4 large flour tortillas

6 ounces corned beef
Directions
Combine sour cream, sauerkraut, Colby Jack cheese, Thousand Island dressing, green onions and red pepper. To assemble roll-ups, place slices of corned beef on each tortilla. Spread 1/4 cup of mixture on each. Roll up. Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice in 1-inch pieces.
