Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked turkey

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream

2.5 ounce can mushrooms, drained

3/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 teaspoon pepper

8 ounces noodles, cooked

1/2 cup crushed butter crackers

2 tablespoons parsley
Directions
Mix the chopped turkey, Parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, chicken broth, pepper, and cooked noodles in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle the crushed crackers and parsley over the casserole. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
