Ingredients

  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 cans undrained Italian tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Italian flavor stuffing mix

Directions

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Mix all ingredients except for cheese and stuffing in a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and stuffing. Bake for another 10 minutes.
