10 tomatillos

2 garlic cloves

1 medium chopped onion

1 lime

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

4 green chilies

1 3/4 cups chicken broth

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
Directions
Roast tomatillos in broiler until skin turns black. Peel off blackened skin of the tomatillos. Place tomatillos, garlic, onion, juice of lime, cilantro, and chilies in a blender or food processor and pulse until liquid. Place in a saucepan over medium heat and reduce by 1/3. Add chicken stock, and reduce again by 1/3. Add sour cream and heat until warm. Serve over Mexican dishes.
