Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fillets (sole, haddock, tilapia)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Italian spices
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry fine bread crumbs

Directions

Pat fish as dry as possible. Blend egg, sour cream, ranch dressing and spices well. Coat fish in sour cream mixture, then cover completely with breadcrumbs. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
