Ingredients

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

12 ounces lemon custard yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups fresh cut chunk pineapple, drained

11 ounces Mandarin oranges, drained

2 cups whole red or green grapes

2 pounds cooked chicken breasts

2 cups finely chopped jicama

12 green onions, sliced
Directions
Blend the sour cream, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Fold in the sour cream dressing mixture. Chill overnight before serving to let flavors blend, if desired.
