Ingredients

  • 3 yellow squash
  • 3 green zucchini squash
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 dash salt & pepper *to taste
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Lightly sauté sliced squash and zucchini. Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and sour cream. In a casserole dish, layer the sautéed vegetables with the sour cream mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
