Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (about 2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup dry fine bread crumbs

Directions

Cook spinach and onion together. Drain well, press out excess water. Blend salt, sour cream and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites and bread crumbs. Turn into a 1-quart mold. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake in a 375 degree oven about 45 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serve immediately.
