Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 cups Daisy Brand Light Sour Cream
  • 1 package vegetable soup dip and recipe mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

In a medium bowl stir together the spinach, water chestnuts, sour cream, soup mix, and green onions until well mixed. Stir well. *Optional, spoon into round bread bowl to serve. Serve with cut-up vegetables or crackers. Cover and chill to blend flavors, if desired.
