Ingredients

1 package boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 minced onion

1 tablespoon butter

2 cans canned spicy tomatoes with chilies

1 dash garlic powder
*to taste

1 dash salt & pepper
*to taste

3 teaspoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon caraway seed

3 tablespoons flour

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
Directions
Place chicken breasts in non-stick casserole dish. Sauté onions in butter. Drain one can of tomatoes. Add both cans of tomatoes, sautéed onions and spices to casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. When finished baking, remove chicken to serving platter. Drain the liquid into a mixing bowl. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add sour cream and serve sauce on top of chicken.
