Ingredients

2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup water

1 pound peeled shrimp

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves minced garlic

1 package corn or flour tortillas

1 chopped avocado
(optional)
Directions
Whisk sour cream, chili powder, cumin, red pepper, salt and cinnamon together in small mixing bowl. Add water, whisk until smooth. Cover and chill. Sauté shrimp in garlic and olive oil for 3 minutes, until pink. Spoon shrimp mixture into tortillas, top with sour cream mixture and chopped avocado if desired.
