Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

3/4 cup taco sauce

15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained

14.5 ounce fire-roasted tomatoes

1 cup frozen corn kernels

2 cups frozen onion and bell pepper mix

1 cup beef or chicken broth

3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/2 tomato, chopped
Directions
Cook the ground beef in a 3-quart nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain. Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, corn, onion and pepper mix, and chicken broth. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the vegetables are tender. Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, diced green onions and chopped tomatoes.
