Hot Chicken Wings with Cucumber Ranch Dip

3/4 cup hot sauce

1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons Lay’s® Dip Creations™ Garden Onion Dry Dip Mix

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced

1/2 cup buttermilk (optional)

2 tablespoons lime juice
-
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped

1 pinch pepper
-
16 chicken wings
-
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
Place the hot sauce into a small saucepan and heat until warm. Add the butter and whisk until melted; set aside. Mix the dip mix, sour cream, cucumber, buttermilk, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of pepper in a medium bowl. Mix the dip until incorporated; place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Place the wings on a sheet pan and toss with the oil. Bake the wings for 20 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven and place them in to a large bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and toss with the wings until they are evenly coated. Serve the chicken wings along with the cucumber ranch sour cream sauce for dipping.
