Ingredients

  • 1 18.25 ounce box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions

Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease or spray with cooking spray, and flour 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and an egg; mix with wooden spoon until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture. Press remaining mixture evenly in pan. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and flour. Beat on low speed until mixed; beat on medium speed until creamy. Add sour cream and remaining egg; beat on medium speed until creamy. Spread over crust. Drop small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce over the top. Top with crumbly mixture. Bake 38 to 42 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before cutting. Store covered in refrigerator.
