Ingredients

  • 3 cups dry penne pasta
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced toasted almonds

Directions

Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool. Mix the pasta in a large bowl with the turkey, grapes, cranberries and celery. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, honey and salt. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture; mix to coat. Top with almonds before serving.
