Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne pasta
  • 28 ounce jar marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook the pasta as directed on the package; drain and keep warm. In a large saucepan, heat the pasta sauce, sugar and lemon peel until bubbling. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Fold the pasta into the sauce until well coated. Portion the pasta into 5 serving bowls and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
