1/2 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 tablespoon chopped dill weed

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

14.75 ounce can red salmon, drained, bones and skin removed

1 large egg

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons butter
-
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

4 burger buns
-
4 lettuce leaves
-
4 tomato slices
-
4 red onion slices
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, dill weed, and garlic salt; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, egg, bread crumbs, onion salt and pepper; mix well. Shape the mixture into 4 patties. Heat the butter and oil in a grill pan. Grill the patties over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once. Serve patties in buns with lettuce, tomato, onion and sour cream dill sauce.
