Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions

Spread the refried beans on the bottom of large serving platter. In a small bowl stir together the sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spoon the sour cream mixture on top of the beans. Top the sour cream mixture with the guacamole, lettuce, seeded and diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced olives, and green onions. Serve immediately.
