1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/4 cup finely chopped nuts

1/3 cup milk

1 package unflavored gelatin

4 ounces softened cream cheese

2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream

5 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs, butter and nuts together, and press into a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven and let cool. Place milk into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over it and let soften for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again to dissolve, and cool. Cream cream cheese. In a medium sized bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream and remaining ingredients. Add remaining 1 cup sour cream to gelatin mixture, stir and add immediately to chocolate mixture. Beat well. Pour into the pre-baked crust and garnish with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings. Chill for several hours or overnight.
