Three Cheese Stuffed Shells

30 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese

8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 lightly beaten egg

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh minced oregano
-
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 28 ounce jar pasta sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare shells according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, combine cheeses, egg and spices in a medium bowl. Spread half of the sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish. Spoon the cheese mixture into cooked shells. Arrange shells snuggly in baking dish. Cover with foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray, sprayed side down. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until filling is set. Garnish with additional fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve with remaining warmed pasta sauce.
