Ingredients

1 box lemon flavored gelatin
(4 serving size)

1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl. Cool to room temperature. In food processor bowl, puree cottage cheese and sour cream. Stir into gelatin. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Refrigerate until firm (at least 3 hours). Serve with additional whipped topping, if desired.
