1/2 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey

4 egg whites

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar

1/2 cup fresh berries
Directions
Blend cottage cheese, vanilla, honey, egg whites, oats, cinnamon and baking powder in blender. Heat griddle or non-stick pan to medium-low; spray with cooking spray. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto heated surface. When pancake bubbles, flip and cook the other side. Top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, berries and serve.
