1/2 cup Daisy Brand 4% Cottage Cheese

1/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

3 dashes hot sauce
* to taste

1/2 teaspoon cumin

4 cups pita chips

1 15.5 ounce can fat free refried black beans

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, reduced fat

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 medium chopped tomato
Directions
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, hot sauce and cumin in small bowl; set aside. Layer chips evenly on 2 large microwave-safe plates. Top each with half of refried beans and shredded cheese. Microwave 1 plate on High 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Drop half of cottage cheese mixture by spoonfuls over cheese. Top with half of onion and tomato. Repeat with second plate.
