Ingredients

  • 7 ounce bag nacho cheese flavored chips
  • 1 pound diced, cooked chicken breasts
  • 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces Salsa Verde
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer half of the chips on the bottom of the casserole and set aside. Dice the cooked chicken and mix together with the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, salsa verde and half of the cheese. Spoon the mixture onto the chips. Top the chicken layer with the remaining chips. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with the remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. *Caution - hot and spicy dish.
