Banana Walnut Sour Cream Bread

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup 2% milk

2 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup ripe bananas, mashed

2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl; beat until creamy. Add the bananas; continue beating until well mixed. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt; beat at low speed until moistened. Gently stir in the walnuts. Spread the batter into 4 greased 3 x 5-inch baking pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; turn bread out of the pans onto a cooling rack. Cool completely. Cut into slices. Store covered.
