2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 tablespoon minced onion

2 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 cups milk

7 ounces cooked lobster meat
cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add onion, sauté until translucent. Mix together flour, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Whisk flour mixture into saucepan. Cook the mixture; stirring frequently until a light brown roux forms. Slowly whisk in milk, increasing heat to medium. When slightly thickened, add lobster. Cook until bubbly. Whisk in sour cream and serve.
