1 French loaf

1/3 cup apricot jam

1/4 pound deli baked ham, very thinly sliced

2 fresh apricots, sliced

1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese

2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Directions
Slice the French loaf into 24 slices. Place the cut side up on a serving plate. Spread each slice lightly with jam. Divide the ham evenly onto each slice of roll, pleating to fit. Top each roll with a two slices of fresh apricot. In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and crystallized ginger. Spoon a scant tablespoon on each appetizer. Top each with a few chives.
