Cheesy Egg Bake

Ingredients

5 eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

2 cups small cubed French bread

1/2 cup diced cooked ham

1/3 cup sliced green onions

1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Grease or butter an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. In very large bowl, beat or whisk eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in bread cubes, Canadian bacon, green onions, bell pepper and 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight. Heat the oven to 325°F. Uncover dish. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until puffy and set in center. Cut to serve.
