Asian Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

8 medium lettuce leaves

1/2 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon chili or curry paste

2 cups diced cooked chicken

1/2 cup diced celery
-
1/4 cup diced red onion
-
3/4 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

4 teaspoons chopped salted peanuts
Directions
Wash and dry lettuce leaves. In large bowl, combine sour cream, Hoisin sauce, salt, and chili paste; mix well. Add chicken, celery and onion; mix well. Lay lettuce leaves on serving platter. Top each with about 1/4 cup chicken salad. Top with heaping tablespoon cottage cheese. Sprinkle with peanuts. Fold up lettuce to eat.
