1 prepared yellow cake or pound cake

1 cup raspberry jam

1/4 cup lemon curd

1 1/2 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese

1/16 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Begin by slicing cake in half horizontally. Spread bottom layer of cake with jam. Mix lemon curd and cottage cheese. Layer cottage cheese mixture on top of jam covered cake. Top with remaining cake circle. Place into the refrigerator for 15 minutes, allowing the cake to set up. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
