Ingredients

  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 14 1/2 ounce can artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream

Directions

Drain Spinach and artichoke hearts; dice artichoke hearts. Sauté the onion in butter until it is tender. Stir together spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, salt, pepper, ½ cup of cheese and sour cream. Spoon the mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup of cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
