Sour Cream Raisin Pecan Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
+ 2 tablespoons, divided usage

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2 cups flour
+1 tablespoon, divided usage

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream

3/4 cup golden raisins
-
3/4 cup brown sugar
-
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Cream ½ cup butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Sift together 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream to butter mixture. Stir in raisins. Spread into to two 9 inch baking pans or into a 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Mix brown sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon. Cut in the remaining 2 tablespoons of cold butter. Stir in finely chopped pecans. Sprinkle topping onto cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes our until inserted toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs.
