Ingredients

  • 6 ounce box lime gelatin
  • 14 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 cups Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese

Directions

Bring the gelatin and un-drained crushed pineapple to a boil in a saucepan. Cool completely. Fold the whipped cream and cottage cheese into the gelatin mixture in a large bowl. Spray a mold or pan with nonstick spray. Pour the gelatin mixture into the mold. Chill for at least two hours before serving. *Optional – stir in ½ cup of mini marshmallows and/or ½ cup of chopped walnuts into the whipped cream and cottage cheese addition.
