Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Brand 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 10 crepes

Directions

Mix together drained cottage cheese, raspberries, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla. Fill each crepe with ¼ cup filling. Dust with more powdered sugar or drizzle with raspberry sauce, if desired.
